ArtWorks North East commissioned a series of critical conversations which involved artists, participants, host groups and other collaborators from a variety of art forms, reflecting on and discussing their practice with others. Critical conversations took place in association with BALTIC, Equal Arts, Live Theatre, National Glass Centre, New Writing North, Northern Stage, Regional Youth Work Unit North East, Sage Gateshead and Tyneside Cinema. The critical conversations were filmed and appear on this website. We also commissioned a series of filmed interviews with artists reflecting on their participatory practice which also appear on this website. Our resources also include other videos featuring participatory arts practice.
